Woohoo had fun today....The whole week tired sia!
Another week had passed in my camp, now into my 3rd week of BSLC.. everything seems to move faster and getting more and more hectic.
Had my live firing today, M203 and Matador (sub-caliber) , these are cool stuff! Not everyone will get a chance to fire these cool weapons =). Woke up early in the morning to do some tiring fast march with full battle order, field pack and all the standard items, then somemore early in the morning still like quite sleepy and slack then must do all these. March around 4KM in half and hour is abit tiring coz very long nv march le since BMT... We do more PT then in BMT but nt route march.. the upcoming one will be 28KM of serious shit i can say. Will be waiting eargerly for that crazy route march day, probably over some parts of Singapore, will be like a excursion to me and maybe some others =). Then after that do some theory test, after the march shack liao cannot tink lolx then anyhow do lor but can pass lah, anyway passing mark in above 50 mah... So for the way i do today tink minimum will get at least 85 or else 95 and above liao lor.
Then following in the afternoon we do our live firing, we go some secret place to fire all these cool weapons. Spend most of the time there till the time for us to book out, coz today is our book out day although half say spend on live firing it is worth it, besides they will pay us back this half day some other day...I am happy that i got selected to fire a $5000 bazooka out of 181 ppl from the whole company. Only 9 person are honour to fire that expensive and destructive weapon. call HEAT...some anti-tank, a very destructive weapon i can say coz i am fire and witness its effect. If we were to miss the target we will be confine coz we have just fire a $5k weapon.
For Mon to Friday, we do alot of PT these few days and a few practical test..The highlight of the wek is the smoke chamber where we are teach on how to wear the bio suit, sort like for bio warfare thingy...then must wear mask and the whole suit...sweat like fuck. Got a lot of drill to know just a simple suit..We spend 1 whole day for lecture, practical and so on....Then on thurs we got the real thing, that is call the confidence exercise... as u can see the exercise is to built up ur confidence...the sergeant will then burn 2 yellow in colour pills and it will cause the room to be feel up with burning smoke, sort of like chili and pepper mix in the smoke. With that suit we need to trust it and have confidence ib it... we need to do some PT and canister change and part of the test...
