Last Week le!!!! Finally
This week is the last second week liao, then next week and then can graduate le from SISPEC.
Did lots and lots of crazy things this week...
hmm how do i go about saying it?
Alot of of endurance training also due to the fact that we are passing out soon.
Basically Mon, Wednesday and Friday we had endurance training in the early morning till we quite sian also, coz everytime run until no kick liao 5km to us seems easy =p thanks to SISPEC for ensuring that our fitness level not only stays but increase gradually throughout the weeks. Then after that got some time for us to slack and rest coz we deserve it and we earn it ourselves. During the slack time, we enjoy out snacks that we got in our cupboard...wadever biscuit or tibits also have, u name it we got it then we will crowd around the main table in our bunk and really enjoy it. That is for the day then after some more intense activity and then it is evening time at ard 9 plus we will order pizza and KFC. This comes the fun part imagine eating pizza and drinking pepsi until we high lor. But of course everyone got to pay at least 10 bucks to savour such good stuff. Some who never pay for it are not left out, they got their own biscuits and cup noodles also can enjoy at the same time, but nothing beats the pizza that we ordered - seafood supreme, hawaii pan etc...During our slack time not only eat lah also got do what we call body maintainance that is to do push up, pull up and some stretching. Coz everyone scare after eating all these junk food they might get fat easily and cant be fit anymore lolx.
Thursday and Friday we got some advance obstacle course, got the high wall - really high lor, then got the Omega Descend - Like flying fox in those adventure camp, also another crazy stuff. Had great fun during these 2 obstacles coz we are doing it for the first time and you really mcan feel the adrenaline rush while doing. = p
Mainly the abovementioned are the highlights of this week =)
