Day 1 & Day 2 live shooting
Haha some advertising blog, now is kinda the situation. Been keeping a low profile on my main blogs nowadays. Got some other commitments and also other blogs to update constantly =) These are the few reasons why the blog is flooding with advertisements.
Sometimes cannot blog too much about my personal life and my other part of my life here, will not be very good as this is "www." and that is one of the main problem haha
Mon and Tue has been a tiring day for everyone who participated the shooting test in camp. Long hours and lack of sleep can be used to describe what it is like at the shooting range. Due to some restrictions, location of the range cannot be posted here =p. Been waking up at 5:30am in the morning for 2 days then the shooting for these 2 days will end ard 12:30 at night, and from here you can tell how long we had been out for the shooting.
Most importantly this is a shooting test, and results are tabulated. There will not be any room for error and mistakes. This is serious stuff i can say due to the fact that it will determine whether you are a marksman or not and also the coveted $200 cold hard cash. As a result many people are eyeing it like some treasure or prize. The shooting itself requires lots of concentration as there were day and night shoot, a total of 28 shots will be fired and 22 and above will earn you the title of marksman.
Lots of requirements for this shooting test and also a very thin red line to separate between a marksman and a average/normal shooter (15-21 shots) lastly a bobo shooter (miss till siao then need to go for some re-shooting). There is only a handful of the people got marksman and it is like around 5-8 out of the 100 wannabes. I was so close to it but i missed 3 shots to get the title but ok lah tired my best if there is another chance i will surely get it =). Many rules and regulations to be followed as we are using live rounds and cannot afford to fool around. As a safety specialists and also a detail IC, i need to account and make sure that everyone accouted for and also to make sure that they does not fool around with the rounds and their rifle.
