Alpha Coy Sergeant!
Finally after all training and everything i am a sergeant in Alpha Coy le and i am proud to be in. After some selection and random pick i got to Alpha Coy whereas some of my bunk mates got to Bravo Coy.
Got chance to talk to my pioneers and they are just like me just that rank differ. Even the education level also the same so easier to communicate which is what i need. I believe in more talk to the pioneers to understand them more and how they do their things =) Most importanly is to remember most of their name in like 2-3 weeks and this makes my job really far more easier when i can know who is who easily.
For now still can say easy to cope the "xiong" part coming up liao and i am somehow prepare for it le and we the new specialists need to constantly upgrade ourself and also to learn from the pioneers.
That's all i want to say hope this is nothing confidential. What i written are my thoughts for the first week.
