Good day for a swim, went swimming @ YCK this morning, go there on the way see the sun so bright. When I reached there, see dark clouds all around blocking all the sunlight. Thought of leaving when I waited for ard 10-15 mins finally see the blazing sun reappearing in the vast sky.
After the tan and short swim left the pool and head for the nearest ice-cream tan for a refreshing chocolate ice cream biscuit. Heavenly indeed for that short while =) Nothing beats it when having an ice cream in such a hot day.
Then after all that went home prepare to go for 2 BBQ at 2 diff places though is all @ East Coast.
Firstly i go the BBQ where one of my SCS collegues (Jones) organized it. Took bus 76 from my home all the way to tg katong there then need to change to bus 10 or 43 to reach my destination - The Summit (Condominium). Total journey took more then 1 hour, is ard 1h15mins that is way too long for just spend time to travel in Singapore. During the middle of the journey, after I alighted from bus 76, I spent 20-25 mins waiting for the damn bus 43. The bus intervals is crazy hell, having to wait for so long I almost wanted to took a cab instead. I keep on cursing and swearing the damn bus for making me to wait for so long good grief.
Reached The Summit, meet all the ppl i am suppose to meet and ate a little coz i know i will have another round of BBQ after that. Ate some crunchy and tasty own made salad, tibits, canadian pizza and a few pieces of chicken and pork. The got cook beef but no beef for me - Buddhist
After seated and chatted for 1hour ++ I move on wif douglas and chris to the next destination which is east coast park. We took a cab there coz the journey is quite troublesome for us if we were to take a bus there. Chris ride his bicycle here and thought that he can put his bike in the boot of the taxi but who knows it cannot fit in so he just have to cycle all the way there.
Reached East Coast BBQ Pit D34 with ease, ate and drink some, saw jieqi's cell group mates.
Saw many cute dogs that they bring along.....
Total of 4 diff kinds of dogs were being taken..
